The Alliance Bank Junior Board of Directors had the opportunity to meet at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac, during the month of November. Board members got to meet various staff members about and ask questions about the hospital. We learned about the different roles and positions required to operate the hospital. Students had the chance to tour the hospital and observe its operations up close! We split up into 2 different groups so that we could see the entire facility. The tour gave us a deeper understanding of the important roles each position plays. We got to see a behind the scenes look of the hospital and leaned how different departments work together to provide quality healthcare to the community.
